Strongest case for the claim
Savarkar's 1923 text defines the nation by the coincidence of holy land and fatherland, excluding Muslims and Christians by construction. Golwalkar wrote approvingly of German race policy in 1939. The RSS is a uniformed cadre organisation with daily paramilitary drill, founded in the same decade as the European movements and reading them.
Strongest case against
It has no economic programme resembling corporatism, has operated inside a competitive democracy for a century without seeking to abolish elections, does not have a single charismatic leader principle, and has grown by winning votes rather than by street violence against the state.
What the coordinates show. Hindutva and National Socialism are 12.6 apart. They agree almost exactly on culture and membership and diverge on economics, authority and method.
